    I've been looking around for an app that works like a calculator, only you add/subtract time in hh:mm:ss format. example: 00:03:25 + 00:4:55 = 00:08:20

    Does anybody know if there's one out there? Or should this thread be a request for somebody smarter than me to please make one?

    I think you can use Excel. Or spreadsheet to go.

    The free version of Sheet to Go can do this.

    I have the Standard version 2.0004. I'm not even able to start a new file, says you have to upgrade to the premium version to do that. Am I missing a step somewhere?

    There is a workaround for this...
    Just email yourself a blank .doc., .ppt, or .xls file, save it locally to your sd card, and whenever you want to make a new word doc, presentation, or spreadsheet just use that template, then when finished click "save as" from the menu, and rename the file to your liking.

    This way you will always be able to create new files from your BB.

    And you can make your time calculator on your PC and transfer that file to your BB. In addition to emailing, you can use Windows Explorer and copy the file to your media card, in the Documents folder.

    Sheet to Go can work with .xlsx files (Excel 2007) in addition to .xls files.

    There are some formula limitations with the free version, so don't get too fancy on the PC.

    Column A
    1
    2 2:25
    3 5:25
    4 =a2+a3 (which will show 7:50)

    I wish it were that simple F2, but that math works in 100's, not 60's like time needs to

    I'm close, but may have to hit up mr. excel forums soon lol

    If the minutes add up to less than 60, then it looks the same as if they were decimal.
    Try 2:45 + 5:25. It will add up to 8:10 (not 7:70).
