ok posted 40 min ago, then dl'ed WB maybe 20-30 min ago and rebooted. My mem went from 43-38 in that time. It always leaked but I dont think that badly.

BerryWeather is a battery hog. Even if you leave updates to large intervals, it drains the battery. This problem was acknowledge by the creators in an email I received from them concerning the problem. But no solution as of yet. No update available.

I am going to try Weathereye for a few days and see what I think. I am using WB now. If it does not cut it, I may have to buy BEWeather.

I may be the only one who is using My-Cast but I'm sticking with it.

I used it extensively for years on my pre-BlackBerry VZW phones and have come to rely on its features, particularly the animated radar. Also, it supports Favorites -- great for keeping up with the weather where family and friends live.

Yes, it's a subscription service, but no more expensive than, say, Weather Channel.

Where can I find the OTA link for bbweather & weathereye? I don't see them listed in the OTA link thread. I only see weatherbug. I would like to try these others and see if I can find a favorite. Thanks!
