My old Treo had the ability to speak the caller's name or unknown caller's phone number, and it's the one thing I miss most. Is there an app or some software so that a BB Curve can do the same? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
To my knowledge, no there is not. The only solution I can think of is to create your own custom ringtone and assign it individually to the desired contact.
That doesn't fix the unknown callers, and also eliminates any custom ringtone songs. It also would suck for 400+ contacts, but not a totally bad idea for regulars.
