I would want an app that integrates into the menu and allows me to save a set of strings and then access them to copy/paste any time. Think of traditional Verizon cellphones, or the MS office clipboard. This would help save me from retyping keywords that contain symbols and numbers over and over.

This is native to the BlackBerry os. Its called autotext.
Autotext. Under options, autotext you create text strings that insert automatically. Some you may have noticed already. Like miss spell their and it'll fix by itself , or capitalizing i for example.
