    I saw Wifi Comrade on the front page, and it looks like it could be useful. Only problem is I have an 8530. Does anyone know of a similar app that is compatible with CDMA phones?

    we have an app called superpower that turns on and off wifi on schedule basis. eg: turn on at 9:00am every day or weekends and turn off 9pm etc..

    WiFiHero also. In CB apps. I believe it is not free but cheaper than some.

    I have no association with the developer but love the app. My WiFi is automatic and easy.
