Just installed Tether and it worked great. Problem is, when I exited Tether and wanted to use my Wifi connection on my laptop - it is limited or no connectivity. I've tried rebooting, etc... With no luck.

Windows is giving me an IP address conflict. I uninstalled Tether but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

I use Tether with two different laptops, one running XP and the other Vista, and haven't seen the problem you describe. I turn off wifi using the hardware switch before running Tether, and turn it back on after exiting.

My Cable modem and Wireless router where not talking nice.
