    Hi all,

    I just recently got a new BB. Im with telus and have the full Email, IM, and Web, but i can't download any 3rd party apps. I tried viigo, google sync for calender, Not sure what the issue is. I get a message that says the following,

    "http error 403: you are not authorized to view this page. Please try loading a different page."

    Does anyone know what the problem is and if there is a solution. I can't get through to telus, they customer rep is busy.

    Sorry to tell you this but Telus is highly restrictive on what they allow their customers to do.

    I know that you won't be able to view streaming video or audio.
    You also may not be able to download from certain websites or certain website types (.PHP, HTTPS, etc...)

    But try taking out the battery while the blackberry is on.
    Leave the battery out for 30 seconds and then reinsert it.
    Close up the blackberry and try the download again...

    Sometimes a battery pull clears the errors.

    I also posted this in the Telus section and was able to find a solution. I had to change some of my configurations. Thanks for the help.
