OK got the new trial loaded and deleted the other one.
How do I find the forums again? I type crackberry in it and it comes up empty.
Was I not supposed to delete my other one? Yikes!

I do like the look of this one although I can't use it.

I will try to find my old copy. I guess I was half asleep when I saw the new version posted
EDIT: Got my old one back!

I prefer the look of the newer version. I like the subtle highlight color!!!

This is to the developer: have you considered integrating Tapatalk with the BlackBerry notifications system? Perhaps allowing to flag specific threads, or all participated threads, or some combination? That would be excellent! Then you could tailor the notifications depending on what sound profile was currently in use.

Awesome idea. You could tie in notifications for likes and thanks as well.

You just mean notifications,right? Push notifications won't be implemented for a while.

Push would be ideal. But even just liked and thanked notification within the tapatalk app would be awesome.

Any notifications would be added after this transition to the new tapatalk.

Cool. By the way the latest version of tapatalk on the playbook is much improved. Pretty smooth now in the android app player!

*Removes search image button background
* Moves search to a seperate screen
* Adds image to indicate empty favorite list
* Sorts search results
*You can type a letter on your keyboard and have it jump to the first forum with that letter - Press the same letter to perform "find next" automatically
*Changes UI backgrounds
* Adds "active" focus color

Do I need to un-install Tapatalk that I installed via BB App World before trying these private versions? Do I need a special key to use them? Or just download/install/play?

You need to be apart of the private build group. If you are, just install and run. Do not uninstall current version. This particular private build is separate and not fully functional. You will have 2 Tapatalk's on your device.

If you're not part of the private build team. Send everyapp a PM to see if you can join.

It is is possible they decided not to make the changes. There is nothing I can do about that.

It is possible some forums don't have the forum plugin installed correctly or are using an old plugin or they modified the plugin.The reasons are endless.

I see App World has changed the name of the CrackBerry App to 'CB Forums' now.
When I logged into App World earlier it was only showing up in my Uninstalled list of apps. I had to reinstall it and delete to old version manually for it to show up correctly under my Installed list.
