iHeartradio is getting REALLY bad reviews on BB App World... so that option is out for now.

Are there any other apps that would allow easy access to talk radio?

WLS AM in Chicago has a free app in BLACKBERRY App World with free streaming radio. It's only one station but it works great.

Nobex has a broader range of stations available. iHeart is only stations owned by ClearChannel broadcasting, which tends to have right-leaning talk hosts.

Nobex has many ClearChannel stations, plus other choices that represent a wider range on the political spectrum.

They even have my old college radio station!

I once tried Flycast for listening to WEEI sportsradio 850 in Boston. But I trashed it quickly based on how it broke live radio into 15 minute blocks. Uggh. Yourmuze, for me, works great.

I see that as a feature. This way it will cache the stream and conserve battery life. You can also listen to up to 2 hours of past streams and not stuck with live.
