I have a problem using Pandora it always tells me

I have insufficient data I'm on T-Mobile unlimited data with pa version
.148 anyone else have this problem

Pandora uses data, on verizon mine only works with my 3G/1XEV connection, which is all the time and what the phone was actually meant for. On T-Mo/AT&T, your lucky if you get EDGE, but most of the time you'll probably only get edge. Upgrade your OS...maybe not to the newest 5.0, but to another 4.7 build. Check the how to's and tips and tricks stickies posted here, or do a search. Maybe you can get your phone to run better. Sorry if I didn't help.

I had this problem, too. If I can remember correctly, I had to go to Options>Advanced>TCP/IP.

Make sure there is a check in APN Settings Enabled

Set your APN:wap.voicestream.com
