Not sure if this is an issue with sugarsync or docs2go, but I am not able to open any of my files on my blackberry. I have the latest version of documents to go installed, however when I try to open a PDF file I get this message: Error opening file. It may not be a valid PDF file.
When I try to open a word doc i get this message: This file cannot be opened because it appears to be a plain text file.
When I try to open a excel doc I get this message: This file cannot be opened because it is not a valid MS Excel 97-2008 file.
Thanks. I did a google search and the only other person I could find with the same issue posted in 2009. No one was able to help that person either. I just sent my log info to sugarsync. They seem to have pretty good support so hopefully they have an answer.
