Dumb question, but I gotta ask. When I format my phone,etc. What happens to apps that I pay for using App World?

You may need to reinstall those apps. Go to your account at App World, enter your new information or get the old registration codes. Either way the apps are still yours in nearly every instance.

You DEFINITELY will need to reinstall the apps from app world and input the registration codes again. When you re-install app-world, they should be in the "my world" section.
