So I am having an issue with my new Storm 2. I have tried for the last 3 days to get my BB App World to create a new Blackberry ID (i can't for the life of me think of what my old one was) and everytime I answer all the questions and get it all set up, I get an error message about "Blackberry App World is having trouble communicating with its servers" and than some error code 30641. I have tried several times each day, using wifi or cell data and nothing seems to work. So i uninstalled the app world from the phone using the options menu, rebooted and went online to get the latest version, and still it doesn't work. So i hooked my phone up to DM and tried again, and once again I still can't get my app world to work.

If there are any suggestions it would really mean alot to me.

Well, we'll need to properly investigate into this issue. check the battery pull ( See if it helps) KB20031-"BlackBerry AppWorld is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry AppWorld server. Verify your network connections and try again" appears when BlackBerry App World is started
