There is also an app for the BlackBerry...I grabbed the OTA files before they discontinued support (a la Gmail).

download failed? have anything to do with it being loaded on an 8520?

That I can not answer. What OS are you using - I am not familiar with the 8520?

Since it doesn't amount to anything more than a reload, I when ahead and tested the download again, and it worked fine. Reinstalled and everything. Perhaps it only works on OS 6 or 7? I would suggest posting to this thread and see if the host user [Hatax] can answer your question.
