    I am running OS 5.0.0.411 and have been having issues app deletions. Anytime I try to delete a 3rd party app (downloaded directly from BB AppWorld), the 3rd party app remains while BB AppWorld instead is deleted. The 3rd party remains even after a battery-pull. Any ideas why this is happening?

    This is a well described issue. You must delete the app from your account and not from the phone. A bit weird I agree but that is the state of affairs.

    You have to delete it from within appworld, if you delete it from applications it will delete appworld everytime you reboot

    What is up with archving apps? I'm trying to delete them out of BB AppWorld and am not successful. This is what is messing up my media card...once again my data has been erased.
