I posted this on the SplashData Blackberry forum, and also sent in a supposrt request. Haven't heard back from either, so maybe someone here can help:
I am syncing one BlackBerry (Curve 8310, OS 4.5, SplashID 4.21) and two PCs. Data is not fully synching between everything. I was able to get all of my initial data from PC#1 to the BlackBerry and then to PC#2. Then for example, if I update a password field in one record on PC#1, it will sync to the BlackBerry. If I then sync the BlackBerry to PC#2, that password does NOT get updated on PC#2. Both PCs are running Windows XP SP3, and SplashID 4.21.
