i keep hearing that SOFTRESET is a must have app but is it for the Bold?? :S cause i remember i went to the link once and it was only for a Pearl :S...can someone please clarify this...thanks

did you just download the one for the pearl and it works fine?? i see there is a fix for 4.5 users...do you download the one for the pearl then the fix??

Forgive my ignorance, but what do Soft Reset or Quickpull do that hitting Alt-Shift-Del does not?
