Apparently anyone who signs up on their website right now gets an invite right away without having to wait in the long waiting list.

I guess they are trying to capitalize on the ubertwitter situation, but they didn't announce anything on twitter so it could be a bug on their part..

Either way I would go sign up NOW in case they turn it off.

Yup, because of UberTwiter's violation of Twitter's TOS, SocialScope decided it was time to capitalize and opened their doors to the public. Whether permanently or temporarily is yet to be determined but it's nice to see that a lot of us that have been waiting patiently for over a year have finally got in!

I've been using SS for a good part of the day and i'm loving it! I can understand why there was so much hype about it! They've done an awesome job on putting this application together!

Let's just hope that they aren't in violation of Twitter's TOS too in some way and shut it down temporarily! That would be some bs, right? Lol
