Haven't seen this come up in some time. Has any developer come out with an SMS Blocker app yet? And no I'm not talking about the privacy settings that you can fudge with on the various carrier websites. A true-blue Windows Mobile-esque SMS blocker app.
Have you clicked on the options icon>security options>firewall>and seen the SMS ,MMS,PIN,an a few other things you can block though that yet?
I have not used this on my BB but have noticed it though.It may block all of whatever is ticked in those firewall settings
Yes.. but not the best solution. The firewall literally BLOCKS the sms, so you never know it even came in. It would be nice to see an app that works more like a Call Blocker, but for TXT msgs.
As a previous (and reformed) Windows mobile user, there were a whole bunch of apps that did this very well. Nothing yet on the BB world.
