I accidentally deleted all my contacts and am trying to restore from my Smrtguard backup. However, everytime it begins the process it gives me this error:

"Uncaught exception: Application com_smrtguard_app is not responding; process terminated"

Each time it'll restore a handful of my contacts but never the whole list (which is only 200). Can anyone give me some guidance? I sent an email to support but haven't heard back yet. Thanks!

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Smrtguard.

I tried that and it didn't work. Here's what I've tried so far:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling
2. Syncing over wifi and over network
3. Battery pull.
4. Change all permissions to allow and battery pull
