Hi all, please forgive my ignorance as I am a noob here. I have searched the forums and the internet for the answer but with no luck.

I purchased the Smart Alerts app for my Storm along with the BeBuz LED alert and I cannot get the Smart Alerts app to work. The BeBuzz works great but I am not able to get the Smart Alerts to work. Please help?
