There is no talk, sports, NPR, etc. Slacker is less like internet radio or satellite and more like heavily programmed FM radio (although you can customize what you want to hear).

I don't think you get more stations. Premium gives you unlimited song skips, no ads and unlimited favorite requests.

Don't get XM anyways theyre going brankrupt! I used to have it online and it was $10 a month and I hardly listened to it!
