Pandora is way better in my opinion. I think it is easier to use and faster on the 8330

Another vote for Pandora. It "learns" what I like way better than Slacker does.

Pandora. No, Slacker. I have the same problem with trying to decide between paper or plastic. I kid. Pandora here as well. Slacker makes some weird choices when you set up a radio station for an artist.

I definitely like pandora better because it connects faster, makes better choices, and it doesn't seem to slow other applications as much as slacker. However, pandora for some reason really drains the battery much faster.

Slacker because you can't beat caching of stations.
2.0.2 version is faster at skipping songs as well when used live.

Does the new version of Slacker have a smaller footprint on memory or is Pandora still much smaller?

I've never use Slacker but I use Pandora. It seems to work fine on my 8320. Sometimes I hook up my BB to my car stereo and listen through there but it cuts out a large percentage of the time since I'm driving and I guess the signal jumps from one tower to another. Overall, I like it.

Pandora for me although I like Slacker because Slacker drains my battery much quicker than Pandora does.

I like pandora. It hasn't let me down yet I have even hooked it up (AUX) in my car and listened to it a couple times. Pretty sweet radio.

If you use the caching feature on Slacker, you'll really conserve the battery. Not to mention, it's great in car stereos when there's a jumpy signal. Even though Pandora is still my favorite, Slacker has a few features that totally make it worthwhile.

I would recommend Pandora. I thinks it's quicker and I've had less connection issues with it. Also if you've used it on the computer then when you sign in, it keeps the same stations you created. They're both free so try them.

I use both, no wrong in having as much music as you can. plus I skip a lot so I need multiple programs to suit my listening needs, that's why I also have flycast
