skype for bb bold 9000?
I want to know if anybody got the OTA link or even desktop installation for skype??
I have been in search of this app for quite a long time..

There is no Skype for Blackberry as of yet and doubt they will be one in the near future. There are apps in the appstore, IMPlus Talk with: fee VOIP, but you need to pay for it $29.99. Or IMPlus Lite which does not allow VOIP.

The Skype BlackBerry app is currently only available for Verizon devices, one the Verizon network, in the US.

It seems the fact no Skype for Blckbry was written in stone by someone at blckbry. Are we crazy to pay $29.90 for a useless alternative? Why don't we put pressure on the Manuf. to allow all including OPEN phones, to allow access for free Skype download? - 02-06-2011, 04:11 PM #5

IM+ Talk works with skype and is not VZ restricted.
