Are there any Skype apps out there that allow voice or video calls, specifically on OS6 and a 9780?
I can't help but be impressed with in on the iPad and iPhone and was wondering if we had a similar option.

A general Skype for Blackberry app does not exist, I believe only Three UK and Verizon offer Skype app's for their Blackberry customers.

The best out there should be IM+ Talk v4.4 by SHAPE Services. Paid, unfortunately. Voice calls work like walkie- talkie principle. From time to time you can find it on discounted price.
