the correct answer is yes you can put .cod files from one device to another but......... That would "pirating" software which is against local and federal laws and regulations. and since the Programmer of the phone registers the product by PIN number, i'd highly advise against it as 1) it will not work and 2) they'll catch that the program is being given out and possibly come after you since your registration number is being used on multiple device.
