    Posting my last message to this backward company to see if any one else can help.

    "Please im begging now ... you are the kings ... I have made this request over and over and over ... please just respond this time. Months ago i upgraded to your new version and when i put in my old key it tells me field full ... please just send me the old app so I can unlock my pics ... I am at your mercy ... I have done everything to force you to respond ... I have nothing left ... please please please help me ....
