I have the ScoreMobile app installed on my Storm 2 and it was working great.....until yesterday! starting yesterday, it is no longer updating. I just keep getting the message "No Data available" or the message "No cached data found". Has anyone else had this problem? if so, can you please provideme the details on how you got it to work again?
I've had this happen when trying to use it with WiFi. Even after turning on 3G it wouldn't work until I did battery pull as suggested in previous posts. Then run it with 3G and it works.
menmyjeep, did you get it to work. I have the Storm2 as well and it hasn't worked for me for several days. All I get is "no data available". I tried everything.
I have a Tour and have the same issue, No data available, after upgrade to the 1.3 version. I have tried everything. Scoremobile support emailed me last night and told me try to reinstall the old version that did work. I did and still get the same issue. Scoremobile says it is an issue on a very small number of devices/users but no fix was provided. If they get back with me, I will post the response and hopefully the fix.
