SayIt - the reviews with less than 3 star are removed?

I'm not sure how ppl review about this app. I gave only 1 or 2 star for this app and couldn't see my own review on App World. I can't even see any reviews with less than 3 star but I remember there were a lot of reviews with 1 or 2 star before ... so doubtful.

This developer has always removed any review less than 4 stars!
