I have this app downloaded to my phone and it works great. Within this app there is a plug-in for Outlook which will enable me to sync all of my contacts from Outlook to my phone and the SalesNOW website. There is a feature called Outlook Contact Integration. Does anybody know how to use this plug-in? I have it installed properly on my laptop but it doesn't sync the contacts properly.
