Ya you need the service book for it, if you have access to another rogers blackberry try and get the service book for it. At least it worked for me on Bell.
Another option is using pageonce and hook your account up to it.
I had something similar for ATT on my 9000, and it worked on my 9800, but since I upgraded the OS to the beta, for some reason, no apps from my 9000 that was backed up and transferred on my 9800, transferred to the new OS. I will have to give the service books thing a try... but how do i go about getting another service book sent to my 9800?
Has anyone figured out how to get the app on the 9800 on rogers? I can't access rogers.mobi and really want to track my data/minute usage

I had the same issue so I called Rogers and the rep said she will push 2 sets of service books to my phone. About an hour later I noticed a new Rogers Shop icon on the phone...clicked on the icon, downloaded the my account app and now it's good to go.

Samething happened to me and I tried to redownload the app from AT&T and I got the error that the app was not supported on my phone/software.
