    Left ALT, right Shift, DEL

All 3 of them together and BOOM! it works

ShortcutMe can reset your 9900/9930. From the time you run Restart in ShortcutMe to the time you see the red LED flashing on the BB, takes less than 1 second.

With other apps, if they are successful in restarting the device at all, it takes close to 10 seconds to see the red LED.

This feature in ShortcutMe is created by users (writing macro in ShortcutMe) and not by developer.

Correct. If you want to manually do a restart clicking those 3 keys is the easiest way and it is free.

If you want the device to wake up in the morning (before you), restart your BB, and then run Google Sync, then ShortcutMe can do it (You program exactly what should happen with your own macros in ShortcutMe).

Are you sure your pressing the right shift (lowest right.key) and doing the keys in sequential order? It has worked on everyones bb but yours!

    hey guys,
last time I posting looking for a restart app for 9900, and was told this easiest way to manually restart the device,
    Alt(left)+Shift(right)+Back/Del

I tried and failed, doesn't work at my device at least, neither press them at same time or in sequential order...

    what happened guys???

(ps, Click Alt, Left Shift, and H to check OS, got nothing either..)
