Requesting for backup files
Dear Sir,
I have purchased Blackberry-9780 Bold as a second hand peace. i have to take backup from Internal Memory of this mobile. I have downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Software and I tried with this. But when I Connect to my P.C, it is asking a password. I don't know that one. Plz do needful inthis.

You need to contact the person you "bought" it from, and get the password from them.

If it's not your info why do you need a backup?
