So I had to get a replacement Storm from Big Red...shocking, I know. My first replacement device by the way. When I go to AppWorld though to download my previously purchased Apps, I am told "You have used all your available device PIN changes for your My World account.". Then there is a button to visit AppWorld support. That site appears to be worthless.
