    Hello,

I am fairly new to the site but not so new to Blackberries..I am on my 3rd one now, the 8900 Curve. I have seen several people posting about deleting apps to free up memory, but how do you actually do that? I have tried and can't figure it out.

    Thanks!!

To delete an app on the device: Options > Advanced Options > Applications > highlight whatever it is you want to delete > Press the BB/menu button > select Delete.

To delete an app through Desktop Manager: In DM, go to App Loader > Add/Remove Applications > Uncheck what you want to be deleted > click Next and go through the process.

To delete things on the device that you may not want or need like preloaded wallpapers, themes, PTT, etc, check out CrackMem.
