Those aren't apps, they're just links controlled by service books.
Normally you can't remove these, as they just reappear after a reboot or when your service books are resent. However, as you're no longer with AT&T you can either delete these permanently from your Applications list (Options > Applications), or just load another non-AT&T OS to your device... and they're gone

yup...folder and hide...its the only way...I just put em in my "downloads" folder, and hide all the icons individually...its all up to how you want to do it...
