since about a couple of weeks ago I am receiving a voice message over the external phone speaker several times a day - at different times - where "Lisa" is advertising a new camera app for Iphones. I can shut it up by hitting the loudspeaker button but only for a few seconds before she continues to blurt out the ad. I have not downloaded any apps recently.

This is very anoying especially when in meetings with customers.

Has anyone experience this ? How can I get rid of it once and for all

I assume that you have a BlackBerry so, go to Options, Device, Application Management and go carefully down the list to see if there are any apps that you have recently installed (free games, demos, etc.) look like they might be causing this.

I suggest this because it is almost certain that you have a rogue app that has a secondary app that is streaming ads to your phone.

PLEASE, please report back here with the name of the app should you find it. Many here will wish to avoid it.
