I looked for the Quincy application in my c:\Program Files\Common Files\....\Shared\Loader Files and never saw it. I assumed that the download i used may have removed it. However, it did not and it got installed. How/Should i remove it? Thanks for this.....

it's called something else, go to add/remove programs in your CP and it's the program named Blackberry Internal Apps for RIM version 5.0.0

OK I see what happened now. The install instructions for this tell you to uninstall that after you install .191 but i didn't see anything about doing it again after installing 230...do i need to just reinstall the .230 stuff to my phone after deleting it from CP......? Thanks again.

Once you delete Quincy for .191 it will be gone since .230 doesn't contain Quincy.
