Just received and email and downloaded the latest version.

    From the email i received:

    * Minor bug fixes and enhancements
    * Will now attempt to reboot even while locked or holstered! Yey! You'll still have to manually accept the final confirmation dialog OR wait ~25 minutes afterwhich it will autoreboot (ie. when you're sleeping). This is a system limitation so no hating plx.

Did anyone upgrade to 3.5.1 and get an error just before the download finished ststing something about the files were not compatible with data on the device (some applications may not run right), do you want to continue? I cancelled the download. Thoughts?

Yeah, I got that same message initially and also canceled the download (I was downloading the free version, 3.5.0, btw, so take this for what it's worth).

I decided to just uninstall the old version and then installed the new one. No more messages and 3.5.0 works fine on my Storm. Again, this was the free version; not sure if there would be any activation, or other, issues with Pro.

Thx will try the remove and reinstall. Didn't do that in the first place as their update emails are normally very specific in the install/upgrade procedure. Thx again.

Had no problem installing upgrade right over w/o remove.

Wish it worked on 5.0 though. This is one app that I really am holding back OS upgrade for.

for those of you not wanting the paid version, Quickpull lite does the same thing as 3.5 with a smoother interface. it is free through the appstore.

downloaded the new v3.5.1 (paid) for my 8900 and i also am using the new v3.5.0 (free) for my 8320. the craziest thing happened today while testing them both out

    1) 8900-set the reboot for x time, locked the phone to test what happens when qp is set and phone locked. phone tried to reboot (backlight came on) said enter password as i started to type my 5 digit password at the second digit got a pop up that said wrong password (?wt?) tried again same thing the 3rd time it took and started to make an call emergency call i hit end very quick . so as it took my password it auto scrolled to the second setting on the homescreen that said emergency call [unlock] [emergency call] [cancel]

    2) same thing happend with my 8320 as it happened i quickly pulled the battery and the phone rebooted as normal

    **afternoon after wk update**

    re-tried both on phones again
8900-pop up wrong password as above 1 times 2nd time took code rebooted as normal after i clicked trackball first then code
    8320-rebooted as normal after unlock

neither phone tried to call emergency

Only differences I've been able to discern is that Pro has tech support and no ads.

I have pro and very happy with it. (Well known that it doesn't support OS 5.0)

Thought pro also offered ability to schedule resets and to monitor and reset if memory falls below a threshold.

Quick Pull Free let's you monitor the memory as well. I uninstalled it though because of the nag screen. I use it to refresh memory and turn on my BB every morning. I didn't want the nag sitting there until I hit "ok".
