Select Quickpull Lite
BB Button -edit permissions
SET ALL TO ALLOW
BB button- Save
BB Button - > SET AS DEFAULTS
"Do you want to save these as default permissions - chose YES"
Phone will temporarily "lock" meaning its writing some big instructions.
Quickpull will now work just fine
BUT AGAIN THIS IS FOR QUICKPULL LITE, No scheduled resets only manual

I just did it as I typed this
I just can't seem to get this to work...Could you clarify the part you mention changing the defaults??
Enter FULL icon menu list
-Go to OPTIONS
-Click APPLICATIONS
-Find QUICK PULL LITE / PRO
-BB Button -> Edit Permissions
-CHANGE ALL THREE OPTIONS and all options underneath TO ALLOW
-BB Button > Save
-re-highlight QUICKPULL LITE/PRO
-BB BUTTON > Edit Permissions
-BB BUTTON > SET AS DEFAULTS > YES **at this time your phone will briefly "lock up" its making a significant change somewhere***
-Exit everything
-Go to Quickpull

Whoa Nelly!! I did this and no go, but suddenly my phone started just cycling through all the icons on my home screen and opening random programs. It was totally posessed! Freaky...waiting for a reboot after battery pull......

OK OK I got it.......
Here is the key...you MUST press "Reboot Now" before it disappears or else the phone becomes possessed by Gremlins that completely take over....However, if you press "Reboot Now" immediately, then it works fine. This must explain why it won't work for scheduled reboots...(As long as you don't mind the annoying "Your device has just been reset. Thank you for using Quickpull Free!", but hey it's free).
If you copy the below, it also works with QuickPull Pro!!

Looks like steelhorn has a new beta for 5.0 and it works on both LITE and PAY versions.
check their website.. explains the exact way to use it on 5.0.328 and others over 5.0.252+
Hey guys, I just installed the QuickPull Pro beta version 3.6, which Murphy referenced above. It now seems to work just fine on my Storm running the .328 update, so I'm going to schedule a reboot to see what happens. You can load that QuickPull beta and your Storm1 will work just fine.
Update: I just did a scheduled reboot and that worked perfectly. The only weird thing which happened is that QP Pro opened up my e-mail and tried to send a message, but the device rebooted before anything happened. So, the best thing to do is get the QP beta from Murphy's links, and install that.

I downloaded the quickpull free beta via the links provided and gave quickpull all the correct permissions that are listed above and I get the Application permissions window that pops up and asks "Would you like to grand QuickpullLib trusted application status? I hit yes and nothing happens. It sits there with the quickpull popup window that says "Your device is going to reboot in 5 seconds press escape to cancel" if I hit escape and then hit go again and it gets an error that states "An error occured while starting QuickpullLib. The application has been terminated" I'm running .328 too btw.
