Hi I just purchased ql and loving it so far. But having a few issues.
1. I have my sms messages set on it, and it goes to it when I click sms, but its showing part of a conversation, then switches automatically to all my messages. Is this normal?
2. I have messages set on it, but when I click on it it goes to my phone log.
3. I have clock on it, but it doesn't do anything when I click it.
4. I have phone re-boot on it, but it isn't working either.
5. I also have lock phone but it doesn't do anything when I click it.
I hope someone can help. Yes I've set everything to allow, and done a battery pull.
I've got an 8530 running 5.0.654. Thank you.

I also have to agree with NoahFecks, you better check with Quicklaunch if you have the right version for your b lackberry.
You can also try to perform a registry cleanup command :Alt+LG+LG, and then reboot your device, maybe, just maybe that can work for you to.

Did you choose the correct version of QL for your phone and your OS?
It sounds like that may be the problem. Contacts the CB store and see if you can switch to the correct version.
