    For the 9900 with v4.7 installed…
    1) Make sure you enable your device options for “Application Shortcuts”.
    Homescreen->Menu->Options->Launch By Typing->“Application Shortcuts”.

    2) Make sure you enable the QL “Multi-Click” options for the “Spacebar”.
    QL->Menu->Options->scroll down to “Spacebar”->enable “Multi-Click”-> and beneath that where it states “Double-Click Runs”, select the option for “CaptureIt”.
    (CaptureIt must have been previously installed to be recognized).

    3) Make sure you enable the “Homescreen Hotkey” option for the “Space” Key.
    QL->Menu->Options->scroll down to “Homescreen Hotkey”->and select the option for “Space”.

    You may have to do a battery pull afterwards to make sure the settings stick.
    Once done, create a backup of your settings within QL for future recall and use.

    However; instead of all that, why don’t you just save the application space and configurations and just enable the QL feature to enable “Screen Capture” into the BB menu? That is located just beneath the “Homescreen Hotkey” option. A much simpler task, IMO.
    If you choose to, the only other QL setting is for the file format (.jpg/.png) and whether to have the QL menu displayed on your screen capture. Both of these settings can be found if you scroll down a bit further.

    HTH.
