    I am trying to use QuickPull. I have it scheduled to "quickpull" at 8:30, and at 8:30 a screen pops up and says reboot now or later, and it will not reboot on its own. Whats the purpose of scheduling if it wont do it without any attention from me?

    or, do I have to pay for it before it would do that?

    It may be your OS. Do you have 5.0? There are several threads about this.

    FWIW, it works just fine on OS 4.5.

    my current os is platform 5.1.0.138 brand version is 1.0.102.483L,Applications: 5.0.0.536
