I got the install, and to finsh it asks for permission to call 472-416-4000.
I want to make sure this is legit and not one of those $1000 phone calls you hear horror stories about.

It shouldn't ask you that at all. Where did you download it from?

Googled opera mini. It was the site I went to, did the whole download and reading through the terms, I clicked accept, the it asked for permission to call that #.

Going to mini.opera.com or operamini.com from your device browser is the best and easiest way to get it.

still on the mini opera topic. Im still hoping someone can tell me how to get the US version of Myspace while using Mini Opera. I don't speak German but apparently MO thinks I do.

I'm such a bonehead, at the end of the terms I was hitting the enter key instead of the menu key. Once I hit the menu key, it gave me the accept option. The return key was trying to call the contact number for opera,,,duh

yes it does work on the regular browswer. but not on mini opera. it only takes me to the german myspace.
