i received the email to upgrade with i did. i had the left conveinience kep set up to open the program. after the download, it does not work... when i went to look for the program icon to adjust settings, its nowhere to be found. i looked in download folder and everywhere else. not there. it shows in the applications list in advanced settings so i know it there. please help!!

Do a battery pull, This happened to me when i went to switch themes. It should all still be there, no information lost. Let me know.

battery pull did not help. i had to reinstall... it there now..thanks for looking out.
