Hello fellow forum friends,

I have an issue which I can't seem to find an answer to.

I recently bought a Theme from the App World. I installed it, only to get an error "That it couldn't be installed" (helpful)...

It brought me back to MY App World page where I tried installing it again, however it would just stall. IT would stay with the green bar not moving at ALL.

I restarted my phone (battery pull) and tried numerous times to get it to install again.
THEN I got a push update that there was an update for App World and I thought "Oh, maybe that is the issue..." So I installed the update for App World and it promoted me to restart. So, I did.

I went back to the App World to try to reinstall my purchased theme...but it is GONE.

I can buy it again, but why should I? I already bought it once.

I can't get an answer from the maker or Blackberry so I am hoping that someone here can offer some advice.

Be sure that you are logged in on App World.

If it still doesn't show up, send them an email.
