I have a question regarding purchased apps. When you purchase Apps for Blackberries, is the history stored in the App World so that if anything happens to your phone you don't have to buy the app again? Also what about apps that are not purchased through App World?

Supposedly yed, app world does this. software.CrackBerry.com also does this, and is far better about it.
