Is there anyway to back-up the profile settings? Unless I am doing something wrong, it appears the new BerryBuzz back up does not back up the profile settings?

So anytime I do a reboot I have to go back into profile settings and re-populate my settings.

Make sure you have the most current version of BerryBuzz. It's 2.2.11 They just updated it this week and backing up is one of the new features. But yeah, it's just in the settings of BerrBuzz.

If your actual profile settings reset to default after a reboot then there's a problem.
    It shouldn't do that.

I agree it should not do that on every reboot. Just check as forever29 suggested. Also, you can update to the newest version, which let you back up everything on your media card.

Berrybuzz 2.2 doesn't automatically back up settings. You have to press the menu key and click "backup settings", which saves it to your mem card. When you reinstall an OS and berrybuzz settings get reset, you go to the menu again and hit "restore settings".
