Hey guys, I'm having this problem when I try to log into the BlackBerry app for Windows Live Messenger. It reads "internal error. Please try again later" my BlackBerry curve has been working with the app for a while but now its not letting me sign in. I've read in some of the forums that it could be a microsoft issue but I'd probably would have seen it posted here if that was the case, battery pull and reinsallation of the app didn't work any help is appreciated thanks again guys.

Have you tried to resend your service books?

Have you tried logging in from a PC/mac? There could be a genuine issue with your account...

No I actually haven't this will probably sound "noobish" but I know what service books are but how do I resend them?

On your PC, you can log in here. Then click on "Help" and click "Send Service Books".

I tried this method but it gave me the error you're account can't be accessed online

Try updateing the app, or just uninstalling and reinstalling it sometimes works for me, with apps that don't let me log in, like aim etc
