Has anyone who uses StudentDocket had problems backing up data? Before I upgraded to 4.7.1.53, I made a backup of my Tour. I made sure all options were selected as far as application data go. For whatever reason, StudentDocket was left out. However, I have made prior backups where the data WAS included within the backup file.

Yesterday to test it out once more I made a backup and made sure the SD data was included (After I backed up, I immediately tried to restore my device with the file, which I was then able to see the SD data included). However, I deleted a separate program off my device, rebooted, and then wanted to restore my Tour. The StudentDocket had VANISHED from the backup file!! I have NO CLUE how that happened. How is it possible that after I alter one, unrelated program on my Tour, that it no longer recognizes that SD data? This has to be a problem with StudentDocket, and I've contacted their support about it as well.

Has anyone else experienced this?
